Your Obligation Under the E-Waste Rules, 2022
Bulk consumers of electrical and electronic equipment must channel end-of-life assets only to registered recyclers, maintain records in Form 6, and produce those records on demand. Handing equipment to an unregistered scrap dealer does not discharge the obligation - it creates one.
